Chlorophyll is a blood cleanser also and helps to regulate the flow and length of your cycle ladies! I have used chlorophyll to stop hemorrhaging after giving birth 5 times and each time it worked! I had a 15 year old client that was having horrible cycles that were lasting for 3 weeks with one week break in between. I put her on a large dose of chlorophyll and vitex. Two months later she was having normal cycles. WOW!!!!

Liquid chlorophyll can be mixed with water or juice, making it a convenient option for those on the go. As always, look for the organic chlorophyll. I have noticed that the pills seem to have a better punch.
