Lifting weights will not make you look like a body builder. This is a common misconception! In reality, weight lifting is a beneficial activity for everyone, regardless of their age or fitness goals. In order for a woman to develop HUGE muscles you would need to spend hours in the gym a day. Lifting weights is extremely healthy and only firms our muscles. I personally lift 5 days a week and I lift heavy but do not look at all like a man.
